Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty Details:

  • Start Date: The warranty is valid from the date your order is dispatched and lasts for 28 days.
  • Battery Life: Our graded handsets include a battery with at least 70% capacity.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Opening units without prior approval voids the warranty. Contact our returns department before ordering parts or conducting repairs for potential part credit. Damage from unauthorized repairs is not covered.
  • Customer Damage: Damage caused by the customer is not covered under our warranty, and such units will be refused.
  • Accessories: All returns must include original accessories. Missing accessories reduce the credit issued.
  • Packaging: Ensure returns are securely packed to prevent transit damage. Inadequate packaging damage is not covered.
  • Return Period: Initiate returns within 28 days of dispatch. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in the delivered condition.

Returns Procedure:

  1. Submit RMA Request: Use our returns portal with your company name.
  2. Approval Confirmation: Upon approval, receive an email with our returns address. Return items within 28 days.
  3. Declined Returns: Email notification for declined returns, detailing reasons.

Return to Base Warranty Process:

  • Repair: Attempt repair if feasible.
  • Replace: Replace with available unit if repair not possible.
  • Credit: Issue credit if replacement unavailable.

Defective Device Refunds: We offer refunds for defective devices if unmodified. Refund period is 14 days from device receipt. Processing time is up to 7 business days, with full credit within 7-10 days.

Alternative Options: Select a similar replacement or alternative device, paying price difference if applicable.
